Mickey Plyler on Bell: Bell will get a chance to play this season for a couple of reasons. He has already enrolled and will go through spring practice. Also there are opportunities in the depth chart at wide receiver. He is a good looking prospect that has good hands and runs good routes. The staff is excited to see where he can make the most of the opportunities this spring.
