Travian Robertson - Defensive Line
Height: 6-4   Weight: 230   Hometown: Laurinburg, NC (Scotland County HS)   Class: 2007
ESPN: NR

Travian Robertson could very well be the top defensive end target on Clemson's board. Robertson has a couple more visits to take and then he could be ready to make a decision.

"I have already been to South Carolina. I am going to NC State and Clemson. My trip to Clemson is on the 19th. After I take my visit to Clemson, I should be ready to make a decision soon."

What did Robertson think of the trip to Columbia, SC?

"It was a good trip. Coach Spurrier and Coach Lawing paid me a lot of attention. They told me how they really needed defensive ends, and that they could really use a player like me. I know my Mom liked it at South Carolina, so that is a plus."

Robertson says he will be looking for the same things at NC State and Clemson, as he did with South Carolina.

"My family's impression is important to me. The coaches will play a big part, because I need to feel comfortable with the coaches. I am going to tour the facilities at each school. NC State just recently built some new facilities, and Clemson is finishing their new building. Playing time will be a factor, but I think I can get on the field early, no matter where I go."

Robertson is being recruited by Billy Napier.
