Recruiting has changed dramatically in the last three years. It is changed to the point to where a player, who does not have any offers by the middle of May is considered to be flying under the radar. This is the case with Marlboro County's Lindell Stevenson.

Stevenson is still awaiting for his first official offer, but it appears to be just a formality with both in-state schools.

"Clemson and South Carolina told me they were going to offer. I think both schools want to get me on campus. It should happen by the end of next month."

Stevenson is another big physical athlete, who could play on either side of the ball in college.

"I missed last season, because I was hurt. My sophomore year I played quarterback. I will spend sometime on defense this year. I just want to help my team win games. It will feel good to just be out there again."

It is likely that at the next level Stevenson could bulk up and play linebacker. One thing holding back offers is Stevenson has some work to do in the classroom.
