Height: 6-3 Weight: 285 Hometown: Maryville, TN (Maryville HS) Class: 2012
From Craig Haubert of ESPN:
Played at the US Army National Combine. As a junior, graded out at 80 percent and had 27 pancake blocks. Attended Clemson's junior day in march. He was an all-state selection by the Tennessee Sports Writers Association and a first-team PrepXtra player. Committed on 2/03/2011. Class of 2012 ESPNU 150 Watch List Recruit.
Guillermo was the only center in attendance(Nike: The Opening), but he proved he was all the camp needed. Rated as the top center prospect in the nation he put forth an effort worthy of that. With the natural ability to snap the ball and quickly move his feet and play with bend, Guillermo was tough in pass protection. Also impressive was that the high school center showed he is coachable and got better every day fixing little mistakes. He still needs to work on the use of his hands and be sure not to bend at the waist, but the top center showed he has good ability with some coachable flaws and the work ethic and attitude to get better.
