I notice a LOT of D1 players coming from Grayson High School....why are so many coming from that one school? Did a lot of college and pro players settle in that area? Once Deshaun Watson is gone and as long is Dabo is in charge, I feel that Clemson can remain a top 10 program and make regular appearances in BCS games, but getting back to the playoffs will be a very tall order, so our best chance to win a natty is next year. What says you? NJTiger NJTiger,
Watson gives Clemson a chance, but recruiting has been so good that I don't think the run will be over after he leaves. Remember as good as Peyton Manning was; Tennessee didn't win the national title until the year after he left and Tee Martin took over. Mickey,
Mickey, I was wondering if you knew who the 3rd base coach is? I haven't been able to get the jersey number because whoever it is had a jacket on. Zack Zack,

Like many of the powers in high school football, Grayson was built right. They followed an excellent blueprint. They have a great feeder system. They have great junior programs, ninth grade program, JV program, etc. They have great facilities and an excellent staff. They really work at football there. Also, some kids have wanted to play in that system and have transferred in.
Do you know if the spring game is going to be televised this year and if so on what network?
The only coverage I have seen is the ESPN 3 announcement. I am not sure anyone else will broadcast it, but I know it can be found on ESPN 3.
The third base coach is Greg Starbuck. He came over from the Elon staff. Hope this helps.
I have never been to the spring game. Is it worth it? How much do they show? Do people tailgate? Parking? What do I need to know before coming up?
I love the spring game. Parking is free and is on a first come, first serve basis. Yes, people tailgate, but it is not quite what you see during the regular season. The staff does hold back some players and some plays, but it is still pretty competitive. This year I am looking forward to seeing the true freshmen on defense and the development of some of the younger players. I think you will enjoy the game. I wouldn't miss it.
