is headed for a redshirt season.  His knee has not responded as he had hoped since the torn ACL last fall.  I spoke with Blanks and he said he does not yet have the explosiveness in his knee and wants to get back to full motion.  He also indicated he will graduate this May in only three years and will have two degrees when he leaves Clemson.  Blanks will have two years of eligibility remaining after this season.
