Works out great being late. Let's pray we have the start Oregon is having!!!
Overall, scoring looks higher than yesterday. They done toughened it up. 😆 obviously a very early sample size. A bit surprised at Stanford. Thanks skeeta56

Looking at the scores coming in . . .

it appears the Back Nine is playing much easier as the best scores coming in are from Teams that started there . . . the 3 that stood out was Arkansas, UCLA and Oregon.
Just curious to me . . .
Obviously, we’ll lose the Lead as the Morning Session concludes . . . Hopefully, it won’t change Our Gals’ approach . . . To me, we appear to be a fairly seasoned bunch . . . I’m guessing we’ll handle the pressure well!!!
It’s going to be fun late into the night as we follow Our TIGERS!!!

As the morning group is well into the turn, 9 teams out of 15 at the moment are at even or better. Let's have another day. I'll take one like so cal is having and not even stick a peg in the ground.
But, as the scores come in, we'll see. What initially looked like tougher course than yesterday, it may be about the same.
Just build off our momentum.

Thanks!!! Let the fun (and nerves begin). So cal and atm dropped off a bit but atm has found some birds. As skeeta56 said, I thought maybe a couple teams would be leaders starting so great news for us.
Agree skeeta56, goal 1 get to matches but these gals are good enough to win medalist. Would be a wonderful trophy for our case... then maybe win matchplay. First thungs first. Solid round today!!!

Chloe is our only player without a birdie for the tournament so far 28 holes. I'm thinking she's way past due to go on a back nine run.
Nice front 9 Sydney. Pars are our friend.
Darn, Isabella having a rough day. Yesterday our scorers were -4 on the front. Need to make up some shots on the back if we're going to finish in the lead today.
Back 9 magic ladies. !!!!

It’s time for her to find a tap in birdie to boost her confidence.
As talked about earlier . . . the course is playing harder . . . the front is harder than the back . . . We’ve still plenty of time remaining to get back atop the Leaderboard . . .
Before Thais round started I was hoping for Even Par Rounds for two of these three: Chloe, Sydney and Melena . . . coupled with 2 sub-par rounds by Our “Bells” . . . I haven’t abandoned those hopes either . . .
Crisp and Straight until the End!!!

Afternoon not the place to to start

Looks like 7 of 15 teams with morning starts finished under par. Currently, none the afternoon teams are even par or better.
Hoping Clemson finishes strong. Stay in the top three.

Kinda like yesterday with the exception of AtM and a couple others. One reason I get nervous because I see what's possible on this course. Look no further than Isabella.
Just get back to even on the day would be a huge win.

and carrying us to the finish line!!!
Pars are indeed “our friend” this afternoon Clemgalalways® . . . Sydney and Melena have made a crowd of them in these closing holes.
Hole 18 will be crucial for Our Overall Placement tomorrow . . .
Close Well TIGERS!!!!!!!

has put Us in scramble mode just to make the Top 8 tomorrow.
I ache for Our Gals . . . Disappointing Day . . . the Top 8 was always the Goal and it is well within reach . . . but we cannot play this poorly tomorrow and expect to make it to the Match Play Portion.
A Quick Review: Yesterday 20 Birdies amongst the 4 Counting Scores. Today we only had 10. Sleep well . . . Refocus . . . and Hit’m Crisp and Straight tomorrow TIGERS . . . YOU’VE GOT THIS!!!

I was thinking maybe wind but it's been 5-10 mph all afternoon. 18 has water left and right. Hopefully this was our bad round and Chloe has one of those career rounds like Isabella had yesterday.

Least have the following positives:
1) Annabelle hand a strong round & not only is in contention for All-American, but for the individual title.
2) still 1 of 6 teams to shoot under par as a team thru 1st 2 rounds
3) still in great shape to make the 15-team cutoff after Rd 3 & in decent shape for the 8-team cutoff for the match play participants
That said, definitely can't afford another round like today. Hopefully they can get a good night's rest, regroup mentally, & put together a better round tomorrow.
